Rates

 Rental rates are in U.S. dollars with a 50% deposit required upon accepting your reservation 

One-bedroom Vacation Rentals:

$90.00 per night for 2 guests
$10.00 additional per person per night.
Cleaning fee of $35.00 (non-refundable)  
 2 night minimum stay.

Three-bedroom Beach House

$165.00 per night for up to 8 guests
$10.00 additional per person per night.
Cleaning fee of $75.00 (non-refundable)  
 2 night minimum stay.

Please Note:

Check in time: 3:00 p.m. Check out time: 11:00 am
Non-smoking apartment but you can smoke right outside your door
Pets - $50.00 extra

Cancellations and Refunds:

We require a 30-day cancellation notice.
A full refund will be given minus a $50.00 handling fee if these requirements are met:

We must be notified by mail (of which we will confirm by mail or by telephone) OR you may cancel your reservation by telephone by speaking to the Vacation Rental management directly.  We cannot be responsible for cancellations left on the Vacation Rental answering service.  You must speak with management directly.

A 6% room tax will be charged
